OPEN SPACE

Selected Tuesdays and Sundays, see Calendar

Free for members, 150 dkk for non-members

Do you wish to simply use House of Play as your personal playground?

Bring a play partner or PAL and decide for yourself how you want to spend your time! Please note that you have to arrive and leave with your partner. We refer to the PAL system used by Kinky Salon, read more below!

In our open space, there will be no facilitation, you can simply show up and use the facilities. You can tie, play, dance, hang out in the lounge, inspire each other and explore together. As long as you respect the other people in the room and how they are playing.

There will always be someone from the House of Play crew present.

What to expect?

As we simply provide the container, it is up to you what you put into it. Do you want to practise something you have learned? Play out that fantasy you’ve been talking about for ages? Hang out with your best friend and meet new people?

Doors close after 30 minutes

You can arrive within the first half an hour of the event. After that we join in a short circle where we go through the rules of the space and see who you get to share the space with today.

What to bring?

We have ropes and impact tools that you can borrow, but we recommend that you bring your own toys if you have them.

Bring a towel/sarong/sheet for hygiene reasons.

Bring a closed water bottle (No open containers allowed in the playspace).

What to wear?

Anything that suits your mood and what you want to play.

You can NOT come alone to the Open Space

To ensure a basic level of safety, you are only allowed to join the Open Space with a PAL or play partner. You are allowed to play with other people should they consent.

What is a PAL (Kindly inspired by Kinky Salon)

You need at least one PAL to attend

To maintain a safe, playful, and responsible hedonistic space we use a concept called PAL – Pervy Activity Liaison

You must attend as part of a couple or a trio. Couples don’t have to be male/female. We honor all pronouns. Couples don't need to be exclusive or romantic (friends are fine!). But nobody comes to Open Space alone, and everyone is responsible for the person(s) they come with. If you're single and want to attend Open Space, it’s easy. Just bring a friend whom you trust (we call them your PAL).

You must arrive at the Open Space together with your PAL(s).

You can’t PAL someone you don’t know. You must know them and trust them.

You should have your PAL before you buy your ticket.

Don’t shop around in public spaces as the Facebook group for a PAL and please don’t ask a crew member you don’t personally know to be your PAL.

You are responsible for your PAL’s behavior and they are responsible for yours! Know the code of conduct.

If either of you violate the code of conduct you will both be held responsible.

Please note: you must arrive and leave together with the person you came with. We will not let you in if you arrive alone.

Can I join as a beginner?

Yes, if you have a PAL, you don’t need any prior experience - however there is no facilitation to help you get started.

Code of conduct:

Before showing up to any of our activities, please make sure to read and follow the House of Play Code of Conduct, found on our website. Feel free to contact the crew for questions or if you need help with a situation.
