Sexability & pleasure workshop - with Signe Skovbye
We’re happy to announce this collaboration with Signe Skovbye. Signe is a Copenhagen based psychomotor therapist and clinical sexologist with many years of training and experience in sex education and therapy.
This workshop has helped many people to enhance the pleasure they receive from sensual and sexual stimuli. Body awareness and training can support you in defining your desires and needs in a clearer way, and it supports you in finding your boundaries as well as curiosities. People have described this workshop as a playful way to connect with their own sexuality.

This sexability & pleasure workshop aims to expand your ability to feel yourself and enjoy sex, solo and with others.
The workshop centres around body awareness training. It is a hands-on workshop where you are guided in touching and moving your own body. There will be breathing exercises and relaxation. Bring a blanket or wear warm soft clothes.
The workshop is fully clothed and there is no physical interaction with other participants. You get to practise staying focused on your own body and pleasure, whilst sharing a space with others.
This space is unisex. It welcomes all genders, bodies and sexual orientations.
Consent is key. At every step of the way - you'll be asked to check in with yourself and only do what feels right for you.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Signe Skovbye is a psychomotor therapist and clinical sexologist with their own therapy practice and a consultancy business. They help couples and solos with their relationship dynamic, sexlife or private challenges and dreams. Signe is also known for working with sex education, queer porn and intimacy coordination on film-productions.
